Returns & Exchanges

At Jacob Cohën, we strive for excellence in every stitch, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all luxury packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Jacob Cohën box and ensure the pre-printed return label is securely attached to the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier point or schedule a complimentary home collection through our shipping partner's website.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
